"Dr Williams is Amazing! His staff should probably find a job in another field. I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for nearly a month now with no luck. I went to the office and was lied to 2 times and was told they just sent in my prescription... they did not. The girl at the front desk could care less to help or act like what I was asking for was important after a phone call and filling out a form to ask the nurse a question about the refill she then turned around and asked me for my name again even though at this time she had my name given to her 3 times. I was then told I won't be able to speak/see Dr Williams until March which I find hard to believe as they are accepting new patients which would lead one to believe they have availability. I'm sure if Dr Williams was aware of this situation he would not be pleased. At this point it looks like I won't be getting my DR prescribed medication until March when I speak with Dr Williams. I will sadly be looking for a new PCP as this is not acceptable and will also look into filing a complaint with the Texas medical review board."

"I've been a patient for Dr Dwayne Williams for about six years now, and He's amazing but the staff not so much. I've been calling for two weeks now leaving message after message and not one return call did I receive, I even went up there because there's no getting through on the phone you can just give that up, no one will ever answer and that's sad. The thing that I'm trying to get done is just my prescription resent to the pharmacy that's it and this is turning into probably a three week process. I love my doctor y'all I really do but the staff is really testing my loyalty to him."
