"This place used to be decent but lately has really, really gone downhill. The place is dirty all the time (smells of urine and dog hair in the corners, just dirty all over). Brought my dog for boarding for just 2 days and they lost the bowls that I brought for him. When I asked how the bowls could possibly be lost and not kept with his other belongings as well as how he was being fed, I was informed that they don't even use the bowls any pet owner brings which makes me question why they would even accept them when I dropped my dog off. So now I am out 2 bowls with no real explanation and absolutely no attempt to compensate for them. I will not be back here ever again with my dog. My dog used to go here regularly but after the way this place has been going downhill so much lately (which likely also would explain the extremely high employee attrition), I will never bring my dog here again nor will I ever do business with either of the owners (the other of which was littering in my yard and calling it advertising)."
