"While the outcome was good, the service was not professional. The guy was late to my appointment and failed to (mention) reinstall my sons car seat. Had he told me, I would have done it myself, it’s no problem, but we drove 3 hours to find out my son’s car seat was unhooked and his life could have been at risk. I also expected a bag of things he found (including money) laying around my car, and I got nothing in return… so expect unprofessional people to do a (descent) professional job."

"Horrible Service, they accidentally let my car die then when their attempts to fix it made the situation worse they did not admit to having done anything wrong until I Specified what sequence of events needed to happen for my vehicle to have these warning lights flashing. After THEY caused the issue they tried to pretend it was already like that or that I had caused after I picked it up. The disrespect and unprofessional behavior has made it an easy decision I will NEVER be back. Save yourselves go somewhere else."

"I had my wife schedule an appointment for my car to get detailed it never had a wax from the summer so I wanted to make sure the paint was treated as well as fix the swirl marks on the car from a touchless car wash. My wife told me the quote was $120 I thought that’s awfully cheap, so I had her verify with the company that they would be able to removes the light scratches as well as refresh the paint with wax she said yes they will be able to handle that so I went with them. Mind you the only reason I took this car there to begin with was because it was cheaper than doing it myself. When I got the car back I was very confused on what exactly they did because the car doesn’t look like it was even touched with a buffer at all. The swirl marks all over the car we’re still there. It looked like they tried to wax the hood but it either wasn’t buffed out or they did buff it but fogged the clear with the heat. Long story short I’m out $120 and I’m probably detailing my car myself anyways. Highly recommend you lighting $120 on fire than giving any vehicle to them for any service. UPDATE: The company is aware of this review as well. As they contacted my wife and informed her that it was “Biased” the owner also never reached out to see what the car looks like or why I am upset."
