"Too much picky facility. They need the trailer that is inspected with each e-track holes. Even if you clean it up, they would say come back tomorrow and not load you anyway. Clowns."

"Do not come here. While I was here to pick up a load, I seen 6 six trucks go to the docks and all 6 trucks were rejected for dirty trailers. I seen a couple of the trailer's insides and they were spotless. One guy was coming out for the second time being rejected. The first time in they gave them a card for a place to get the trailer cleaned professionally and he did at a cost of $125 and he was still rejected. Personally I think it's all about rejecting trailers to get them to spend $125 for a cleaning from their friend or business partner and they get a part of the cleaning fee for sending them there. My trailer was blown out and then I swept it and walked through and picked up anything which was virtually nothing and my trailer was rejected. I know people have bad days but this place is ridiculous. I believe they overbooked pickups so they can reject trailers to scam drivers to pay for a cleaning, just my opinion. I have made a few reviews over the years but I never said stay away from this place until now. There is something very shady going on here with their unrealistic criteria for trailer cleaning. Fyi my trailer is practically new, a 2023."

"This places sucks. My trailer got rejected because a little bit of hay that I picked up 4 moths ago and was stuck where the straps goes . They told me to go clean it but they found more and even when i clean it again they says they don’t give a second chance to clean it . Rates are super low already low and company as picky as this one will destroy this business. I was willing to work it out so that I can get the load."
