"I’ve always highly recommend this company until last October I paid just under $5,000 for ECM/TCM Tuning for my 19 L5P duramax and installed everything per there directions And immediately had problems was sent a vats off tune and it got the truck running but wasn’t aware that it disables the glow plugs on the truck and I live in one of the coldest states in the lower 48 other problems was severe drivability issues like when the truck was lugging up small hills or pulling a trailer it would shake the truck violently and sometimes bad enough to stall the truck after several attempts at re tunning and trying to get data logs (never had success) with a good data log I was told to install my stock ecm/tcm because they think my truck has other underlying issues, after installing my stock components back the problems disappeared at this point it’s been several months and failed attempts for them to fix it I just want a refund I don’t have time to waste trying to make there junk work"

"Took my 2020 Transit E350 all wheel drive Ecoboost in for a tune. Truck has always been good but have always felt it should pull harder. After meeting with the Team at Calibrated and expressing my desire for more (but safe power) they went to work. I can now say that the end result is much improved (27% increase in power) but still with a very smooth and controlled powerband.
