"This place is just bad from the moment you walk in the door. They harass you on the phone and are the most rude people you have ever spoken with. Then you walk into the office and it is just a mess and they do not have their own business in order. Why would I want to pay someone who cannot even keep a small office clean and professional etiquette. You need to talk the talk if you are gonna act like you are better then everyone else on the phone. You work in a dump try again."

"Called and called for my feance and never answered said it was a third notice but we do not live in the area nor have we in over a year been to the place stated in the notice he never went to or got ther first or second they stated was sent out very rude and disrepectful"

"The most rude person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with answered my call..after receiving an EXTREMELY rude notice full of spelling and grammatical errors. I had a change of address and apparently the notice was sent for an account I thought was closed for a minimal $ amount. After providing payment, I was all but hung up on when asking additional questions about how it got to this point (as I stated, I thought the account was closed) What an absolute joke."

"I called on behalf of my brother recently passed away. He received a disrespectful letter in the mail asking for a payment. I called to inquire about the bill and to discuss the disrespectful letter. I was upset, but was not screaming or using profanity. The lady I was talking to hung up on me. I can only hope that there are better more respectful agencies in this world."

"In hopes no one has a bill turned over to this company!! Unfortunate I did, payed my bill in full in January and the company lost all deposits for that day which mine was included they did not contact or rebill me and almost six months later they find the missing deposits and cash them!!! WITHOUT contacting me to make sure the funds are still available, VERY POOR BUSINESS needless to say they caused my checking account to over draft many checks that had been written for that month and left me in a huge mess, All it took was a phone call to let me know 500 dollar check had been found and make sure or make arrangements to be cashed so because of there mistake I am having to pay for it!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"
