"So I contacted this business on 2/19/20 when the snow hit bc we had a leaked and I didnt get an answered. Not a big deal but I got a text saying did u have a question or need something? A little strange but I responded bc as times are changing we are moving on with technology. I informed them I had a leaked I needed someone to come see abt andvthey stated they would send someone out in a day or two and asked for the address which I had provided. I still never heard nothing and a month later. The roofing business must be busy. I tried waiting bc I figured a lot of ppl had similar problems"
