I took it in, they told me what the charge would be to look at it & how long it may take to get to it. They got to it way sooner than expected with a diagnosis & never charged me anything! Awesome place with awesome people. I really feel like I can trust them to tell the truth & not in it for the money"

"They only replace bad parts, like screen, touchpad, backlights, and whole board even for a bad capacitor. They don't use special diagnostic tools to messure small problems like voltage and more"
