"BEWARE...I had no idea that people still pushed the old Kirby vacuums door to door. They took advantage of my handicapped mother. She was targeted. They knew she was handicapped and still pushed her into buying a vacuum she can't even use. Then when we tried to return it, they refused. Even had the nerve to call my mother and yell at her. Threatened that the sales lady was going to loose her job because of my mom. Trying to make her feel guilty. My mother was so upset over the way he talked to her she hung up. They continued to call her. I answered the phone & the sales lady yelled at me as well. The sales lady even had the nerve to show up at my mother's home the next day, pressuring her even more. Still refusing to give her money back and make it right. Very sad that people do business like this, taking advantage of disabled people. I have no use for people like that. So, BEWARE"

"DO NOT GIVE THEN YOUR BUSINESS!!! My husband went to pick up our vacuum I had dropped off for repairs after a long morning of cancer treatments. He called me immediately after leaving the store and I told him we didn’t have the money to buy the upgrade (it was also my grandmother’s who had passed away). The salesmen has never dealt with my husband so I called him, and explained the situation. He refused to reverse the transaction (although it had only been 30 minutes) even though he recognized my husband was not in the mental state to make that decision. NO INTEGRITY!! I will drive to St Louis before I ever give these folks my business again. So sad."

"Sold us a damaged product. Refused to refund or replace with an acceptable product. Very rude and told me that he did not want to deal with the complaint and walked off into the back room. Very unethical business practices."
