"I couldn't even tell you if Dr. Lecroy is a good doctor or not because I didn't even make it past the front desk. I called the office and said I needed to book an appointment. We figured out a time, and then I was asked for my birthday. Once she figured out I wasn't an existing patient, she made me feel like an idiot for not bringing up that information at the beginning of the conversation. This is my first time calling your office and you have this conversation multiple times a day. If you need that information have that be the first question you ask. She then proceeded to just be extremely unprofessional. I wish I got her name because maybe the rest of the front office staff is great, but this was not the energy I'm looking for from my primary care physician."

"I am one of Dr. Lecroy's 1st patients. He has taken good care of me throughout the years. He keeps up to date on new healthcare developments and helped me through all of my medical issues. His staff has always been professional and helpful. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a good doctor."

"We think the doctors are good but you can never get an appointment without waiting weeks even when it is urgent. If you are a few minutes late they scold you like a child and make you reschedule but they always leave you waiting when you get there. They are not good about calling back with test results. You need to chase them down. It is a shame. Dr Lecroy is very nice and I really like Katie as well. I just think they are poorly run. We just moved 5 min away from them but we are still going to find another doctor. My husband started going there over a decade ago and it used to be much better."

"This is one of the best Medical clinic I know about in the DFW area. I was referred by a co worker. Valerie/Nicole are the best! Valerie always listen to you, help you with all your medical needs. I have never had a problem with appointment, service is great, No billing problems. My family have transfer their medical needs to the Lighthouse clinic. The medical staff (medical assistant's/receptionist are great also). The clinic is very nice, clean, beautiful decorations, quite calm environment. 5 star operations!"
