"It was a Saturday, the time was 12:57 PM. Google brought up the number and I realized how slim my chance was of getting someone on the other end. Janet picked up and confirmed they probably had the $8.00 pump motor shaft seal I desperately needed to eliminate an increasingly annoying leak. Two days earlier, Munie told me I’d never be able to eliminate the leak, that my only option was to purchase a new $2,500 pump that would pay for itself in six years through “Green Efficiency Savings.” Figure I’d roll the bones after the original ran for 12 years without issue. Janet throws Mike the phone, he asks me to email over a photo of my pump to confirm. He promised they’d keep the store open until my arrival even though he had six more jobs for the day. I arrived, he takes my parts in the back to install the new shaft seal and I was back in business about an hour later. Janet was an absolute sweetheart, and I cannot express how grateful I am to them both for helping me repair my pool pump in such a caring and professional manner. No switch and bait or upsell gimmicks, they just wanted to help and made it very easy. Thank you, Mike and Janet. Y’all are rock stars."

"Had a great experience with them for pool opening. However, needed a simple service call to swap out a pump, and because I did not buy the pump from them, they won't have anything to do with me. I get it--they want to maximize margins and can be picky with the high demand--but still disappointing. There are other ways to get parts (my friend is a dealer in NY) and I'd still be paying them for their services. It is a simple swapout and the parts are genuine/trademark. As simple as maintaining the pool chemicals and other maintenance that I took over this year. Chemistry 101 and YouTube. It was simply a question of my time, but Mike made that decision easy. Don’t fall for their bogus excuses."
