"Brian Thompson Roofing is by far the best roofer in the Metro East. Brian’s communication was excellent. Brian came out and identified hail damage on my roof. He helped with steps on how the insurance company would handle it. Within two weeks I had a new roof on my house. His crew was polite, prompt and hard workers. They started on time and got the entire job done in one day. Brian stopped by himself to check in and make sure things were going good. His crew cleaned up great and my new roof looks awesome. "Brian is one of four contractors I called for a bid on replacing the roof on my home. He was one of two contractors that acted like they authentically cared about doing business with me. He came out to give a bid promptly. I warned him, as well as the other bidders, that I was in residential construction for more than 20 years and had done a lot of roofs. I was picky about multiple things and i had a window in which i needed the roof done. I chose Brian because he impressed me the most during the bidding process. His crew showed up on time and he completed the job quickly. During the entire process, he was available by text to answer any questions or address any concerns, usually answering within an hour. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and meet my needs. I checked on the crew multiple times and when they were finished i walked my roof and checked everything. They did one of the best jobs, i have seen in roofing and met my high standards. It has been 6 weeks since my roof was done with multiple rains that have been soaking and at times heavy. "Brian and his crew were fantastic. Brian gave me a prompt estimate and discussed it with me thoroughly to address the concerns I had regarding the work. His crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job taking care of my landscaping and other things around the house and did a very thorough job cleaning up once the job was complete. They were able to get my roof done in less than a day, which was awesome. Brian stopped by a couple of days later and we looked over the roof and talked about some of the structural challenges of my roof and he had his crew stop back out and take care of the few minor issues I noted during our walk through after the job. So far, we've been through two very heavy rainfalls since the roof was replaced and there have been zero issues with the new roof! Couldn't be happier with the job done."
