"Allowed somebody to claim me even though I made over $4,200 which is the most you can make to be claimed as a dependant. Also I have not lived in Illinois for over a year so theres now way said person can claim me. As a result of this my own tax return has been rejected and I'm required to wait up to 16 weeks. I will be contacting a lawyer to see what legal actions can be taken to ensure this establishment practices due diligence in the future to avoid a similar situation"

They are happy to explain how new tax law changes affect you and/or your business, and they care about their clients. Donnelly supports the local community, and offers competitively priced tax assistance upon which you can rely. I was randomly selected for an IRS audit a few years after Donnelly took over my tax prep. The IRS examined carefully my business deductions and personal return and I had no problems whatsoever, because Donnelly’s figures were accurate, properly listed, and itemized with supporting evidence. I cannot imagine having to face an audit without that level of preparedness."
