"Went in to have my taxes done by the “daughter” she said I was only going too get $83 from state and less than 1500 in federal, I have 3 kids and had income from 2022. She told me the numbers, and I told her something just seemed off to me, so I told her that I was just going to do my taxes myself and she “THREW MY FILE” at me and said I just wasted my time, I was only there for five minutes. I apologize for taking up five minutes of her time, and I had my baby with me and he started fussing. She told me to leave and I was already in the process of leaving. She was very rude when someone calls on the phone she doesn’t put it up against her ear and she seems mad when someone calls. If you can do your taxes online by yourself do it because I got back over $4000 do it by myself. I would never recommend anyone to go there. ☺️"

"I will not go back I wanted to file head of household claiming my daughter like I do every year but this year I don't have a letter with her name on it so I can't claim head of household I will not return"

"I took my taxes there and the lady did them perfect!! BUT then told me I "messed up" my taxes from previous year and she would get me back my money in no time. Gave her all my information and she acted as if she had NO IDEA who i was every time I called to check in on my taxes. I called maybe once or twice a month for a good 4 month's after April of 2017. I then got into contact with her Daughter via facebook who said I could come in a discuss issues and was YET AGAIN ignored and ended up leaving there even more pissed than I already was. I do not recommend this place to anyone and am still waiting to receive my information."
