"No overnight parking. This place is a real piece of work, extremely unorganized. If you call to confirm your appointment it will allow time for them to make space for your delivery and be unloaded within an hour versus 2-3 hours. Upon arrival you will need to get off to talk to all the vehicles picking up their company orders to move to allow space for you to back in. It is extremely congested! The area you need to backup is the lineup area for pickup orders. For the most part once it’s cleared plenty of space to back in. Everyone is friendly it’s just very busy with traffic!"

"I waited 1 1/2 hours for my product. 8 customers got served before me that arrived after me. I know they have a reputation for being slow so I waited patiently. Several made eye contact with me but didn't talk to me until I approached them. When I first approached them (45min prior), they said someone was already pulling my order. When I approached them again, they found the one who pulled the product on the computer("20min prior"). He denied pulling anything for me until shown the computer then he claimed I wasn't there when he brought it out."

Alan is the only human with a brain in the organization and he is smart enough to only answer phones now to try and distance himself from the idiocracy of his coworkers. If you are looking for efficiency, correct ordering and good software for parts acquisition this is NOT the place for this"
