The Harris County Veterinary Medical Association (HCVMA) is a veterinary care institution located at 4647 Pine Timbers Street in Houston, Texas, United States. The institution offers high quality continuing education in Veterinary Medicine to advance members' knowledge of Veterinary Science and promote communication between cohorts.

HCVMA hosts monthly meetings featuring expert speakers sponsored by various organizations such as The Woodlands Animal Cancer & Referral Center, VitalRads, Boehringer Ingelheim, and more. Topics covered include mammary tumors in dogs and cats, radiographic special procedures, diabetic cats, paraneoplastic syndrome, osteosarcoma, developmental orthopedic diseases, myxomatous mitral valve disease, pulmonary hypertension, and more.

In-person meetings are held at Maggiano's Little Italy and include a full dinner buffet for Thursday meetings and a light breakfast and full lunch buffet for Sunday meetings. HCVMA has close to 200 members, including Active Members, Life Members, and Complimentary First Year Graduate members. Registered Veterinary Technicians are also eligible to be Active Non-Voting Members.

HCVMA's mission is to support Harris County's pets and pet owners by providing valuable education and resources to veterinarians in the area. The association is a not-for-profit organization and any support provided is greatly appreciated to help improve the lives of pets and their owners in the community.
