"They messed up tax returns and now owe money to the IRS when I never did. They said they would resolve the issue and never answered the phone. Would hand over forms and the IRS never received them, I later found out. Unprofessional and won't fess up to messing up forms. And it turns out, I WAS NOT THE FIRST PERSON THAT THIS HAPPENED TO. They have been doing this to people for years so I'm going ahead and filling out Form 14157 and talking to the IRS. They will NOT get away with messing with people for their own profit."
