"Mr. Mott. Not the H&R brand or reasonable pricing. Privacy within the office has to be addressed.( See my comment in the next comment box). At this location (I'm sure in others also) there is no way to not hear every detail of any other person's life in that office. SS numbers, date of birth, income, dependants etc. There is a non existent effort to protect others personal information. This MUST be addressed before we return next year."
