"I have been calling this place for a whole week no one has contacted me I go up there they are close I haven’t received my taxes yet and now I am starting to believe they are scamming because why can’t I reach you guys and you guys are always closed I need to know why my taxes haven’t arrived I need to speak with somebody I call everyday and get no answer I filed my taxes in February here it is August 6th I have not seen or heard anything from anyone i am very frustrated"

"LARRY AT THE MELROSE PARK LOCATION IS HANDS DOWN ONE OF THEE BEST BY FAR!!!!! I had a 3 o'clock appointment and Larry was a bit behind. I waited around 2 1/2 hours to be seen.. but he's well worth the wait. He fully explains everything, knows what he's doing, and I guarantee will get you your best refund!!! I also waited until the day before the deadline to get my taxes done. So, it is completely understandable with how busy he was."

"Terrible! Please go somewhere else. Had an appointment made it early but others were being helped, cool no problem. Walk in the only person there available Larry says nothing. Sit down wait for over a half hour still nothing. Doesn’t greet us doesn’t apologize for the wait nothing. No real point in making an appointment when they don’t honor it. And you can definitely go elsewhere and at the very least the bare minimum of customer service is be greeted. Will NOT return to this location. We made it out here in freezing weather to honor our appointment the very basics of human decency should have warranted us a damn greeting."
