"I thought this guy was super nice and honest with the way he conducts business. My family trusted him with taxes for years, but this year he asked to charge us double what anyone else charges in the market. I searched around and realized I basically got scammed for the amount of money we paid. Very disappointed and it’s a loss. Won’t be working with him anymore."

"Rushed my taxes, never called me to find out my expenses and maximize on my return. I ended up owing money. I've never owed the irs money in my life. My situation is usually the same every year. I barely make anything to owe. I've done my taxes for years over the phone by an accountant I knew in NYC, I've never had an issue. Then he wanted to charge me $100 for a very simple tax return which I was referred by someone else and told me he charged $75 mind you we work at the same place. I told him I was told $75 by my referral and he said just for you lol. I owed money and paid him more than i owed"
