"They advertise transparent upfront pricing without surprises which is completely false advertising. They quoted me $150 over the phone and I was in shock when they told me the price was MORE THAN DOUBLE that amount after they did my taxes. My advice is to ask what the price is again when you get there in person so you are not left with sticker shock like I was. Yes I told the lady over the phone all the forms I had. Standard w2 and mortgage. Nothing crazy. When the preparer saw I was shocked she pulled out a $25 coupon which is nothing. Would have done taxes myself if I knew the true price."
