"Agents at H&R will do whatever they can to make you loss your money. I recently filed my tax return at H&R in Glenview, IL. the Agent who worked for me told me there is no penalty for without having health insurance, and he refused to include my health insurance coverage doc; he also refused to file my kit's W2 by telling me there was no benefit for doing it.. he refused to include my Kid's school expenses in my tax return and told me I would get nothing if that expenses were included. he also told me there was extra tax penalty for earing between $25K and $30K, and their system applied above $700 tax on me because our income was above $25K. their system also did not allow doing property de-appreciation for my rental property. I will appreciate if anybody have any suggestion on how to make them correct those man-made mistakes, and I strongly suggest you stay away from those evil guys."

"I phoned today to schedule an appointment. The intake woman was unable to keep anything I told her straight ie asked for phone number, dob, e-mail twice. When I questioned this she said she was on a different screen. I asked her the fee for filing taxes. She sent me to someone who could answer that; he could not. Transferred back to the intake person. She scheduled me with a preparer, Jamshed, on 4/17. I then phoned my banker and an attorney who both had heard of this man and said he’s excellent. Meanwhile, I receive an e-mail confirming my appointment with another preparer, who I don’t want. She relayed that they now have no openings with any other preparer, whereas two hours ago scheduling wasn’t a problem. If the intake person is this discombobulated, it’s a good reason to move on. Many years ago, we had huge problems with a tax preparer at this site, but because it’s close, I decided to try them again. A mistake."
