"Would give no star for a place that is false advertisement as a no kill shelter. The officer C in charge did not want to help with any issues according to what to do with any animals found. They are a "kill shelter" place & he along with Kirby shelter does not cater to anyone that does not have "Kirby" on their id even though you have the Kirby zip code 78219. I was chased out from the rudest shelter management I've ever encountered with no interest with animal control. Euthanize is his favorite!!!!"

"I just would like to give a shout out to the guy that helped me with the adoption process he was amazing. I wanted to adopt a dog from them so I reached out and I got a call back in regards of the dog, at first he said that it would be like a month or 2 before I can take her home, but when I went by in person he said that he was able to do it the next day and I could take her home. I was so happy this dog is so well behaved he told me she was a little bit scared of the car but she was completely fine. You can really tell that he cared for these animals and I’m so glad he saw me a good fit for this baby girl. Thank you so much. you’re doing so great."
