"It was my first time at this location to take the 9:30 body pump class and I couldn’t find the studio. Went back to the front desk and the person was helping another member but while I stood there waiting to ask for direction he barely looked my way. Teach the staff how to multitask or at least acknowledge the person. It’s really not hard. Geez! Also, there were not enough mats for the class. The reason for the 3 stars is for the instructor."

"Gym itself is fine, however the management is terrible. I canceled my membership in September 2023 in person at the front desk because I built a home gym. By December I realized they continued to charge me the monthly fee even after I canceled. I called and got put on with a manager to ensure I would not be charged anymore, the manager was apologetic and promised I wouldn’t be charged anymore. Sure enough January 2024 I get charged again, and I do the same thing however this time the employee even states they will attempt to get me a refund. Not only did I never hear back or receive a refund, I get charged again in February, I went in person and demanded my cancellation in writing this time, mind you I didn’t even use this gym since September 2023 and it’s march of 2024 now."

"A word of advice if you decide to go to this gym, do not use the lockers, leave your stuff in the trunk of your car, out of sight. Yesterday my best friend and I went to this location for the first time to utilize the pool, within the hour of us using it our locker was broken into (which had a secure lock on it) and both of our backpacks and shoes stolen. We informed the front desk who could not do much as there were no cameras in the locker room, and a manager had to be present to view the supposed security footage. After speaking with a police officer we were lucky enough to be able to track some of our belongings, they were found in a sewer no more than a mile away from the facility. While we didn’t recover everything as the rest was thrown in a bayou nearby, it is just a warning for us to never go back to this 24 hour, it was our first and will be our last. Looking at other reviews shows this is a constant problem, nothing seems to have been done since and it does not seem anything will be done, steer clear of this 24 or at least be very very cautious."

". I started going to this gym last August because I moved into this area. I previously had been going to the gym off voss and the one off Richmond and 610. I was excited about coming to this gym because 24 hour Voss and Richmond (610) had turned into messy nasty dirty gyms. You could tell management didn’t care no matter how many times you reported an issue. Well come to find out this gym is no different! It was ok at first when they had Dedric working the overnight shift and he help take care of many issues aliens line dumbells everywhere no hand sanitizer spray or paper towels but when they moved this shift it really started getting bad. It already wasn’t great but it was better than the other two. That’s not the case anymore. You might even find a hired person sleeping around the gym. I have seen one like three times now. I’ve been a member for years now (over a decade) and that might change as soon as my contract expires. 24 hours not with it! I shouldn’t have to come in and hunt for dumbbells. This is not my job. I come here to workout not to do Re-racking. I pay to be here, I don’t get pay to be here."

"Large 4-story gym with plenty of equipment and friendly staff The first floor features a pool, large hot tub, sauna and steam room and a guided training area. The second floor has plenty of weight machines and a yoga area. The third floor has a basketball court, dance studio, and all the cardio machines. The basement has separate locker rooms, a spin studio / flex room. Overall, the equipment isn’t the newest or nicest but gets the workout done. Staff are friendly and welcoming."
