"We got our taxes done with Shari CRITTENDEN at the Bourbonnais location. We were extremely satisfied with how she explained everything! She e then had an issue with taxes from a different year they I couldn’t figure out. She took time out of her day to help us AGAIN!!! I appreciate her going out of her way to help us figure this out!! Definitely will go to H&R Block Every year but especially to Shari!!! Thank you!!!!"

"Will not be coming back here. Almost $500 to do taxes with them. Slow systems, tax prep was not knowledgeable with a 1099. I had to wait days for it to be finished. After setting up 2 appointments. I will not return with them next year. Not only that but I was the one that had to write down all the money I spent on gas for my 1099 and well as mileage. I thought they were suppose to do that? Yeah no. Will not return next year"

"I have gone to H & R block faithfully since I have ever filed taxes. This year I'm highly disappointed. After waiting more then 21 days after filling I received a letter from the IRS needed more information on a form that was filled. After leaving messages for my tax person and calling to try to get information seeing as I wasn't called to be given an updated status I finally get a call at the end of the week letting me know they really can't do much but fax my paperwork the IRS needed and advised me to contact the IRS to straighten it out. Excuse me but why did I pay $400 for you guys to file my taxes if I have to solve the paperwork you did!!!?? Seriously thanks for no help whatsoever in getting this resolved quickly and helping your customer."
