"I had a very good experience with Gary Crull Plumbing. My water heater had failed late in the week, and it had been installed by Gary about 6 years prior (according to the previous home owner). I called Gary Crull Plumbing, and I had a new water heater installed within 24-30 hrs. Very pleasant to work with, and did everything they said they would. Fortunately for me, the water heater was still under warranty. I only had to cover the labor and a few parts. I will not hesitate to call upon Gary again."
"He put in a simple to hook up water softener (Pelican) and reduced my water pressure by 20psi now if I have the washing machine going I can't do anything else. I had a 70 PSI pressure regulator they put on a 50 PSI. For the little bit of work that should have taken maybe 2 hours I got raped on the price of $600 for 2 guys standing around doing nothing. I'll never use them again"
