"Waited over 10 days for a quote I never received. Staff is rude and unreliable. They kept telling me they were working on my quote as my clients had been waiting. I called and checked everyday for an update in which the quoting person was always unavailable or said she didn’t have time and she would get to me when she could. I don’t know how this company is still in business. Finally, after 10 days and being promised a quote they said they aren’t taking any more orders right now. Waste of my time. Glad I didn’t use this company though because if they were this awful with getting a quote I can’t imagine how their work quality is. Stay away!"
