"The tennis court needs a few things like lights. My question is how do you pay that much in HOA fees and have a recreational management that's subpar? Actually awful and despicable in how they lie about a "PHOTOCELL AND SOLAR OUTDOOR LIGHTS!!" Apparently not, somehow the pool area is but the tennis court forgets..."
