"We have used them for our neighborhood pool and they have nobody that is professional in maintaining the pool equipment. An unlicensed in anything person that works for them works on electrical components when he is not licensed to do so. They are constantly costing us thousands of dollars in repairs because they have absolutely zero clue how to repair any pool pump motors and especially pool lights. Trust me and stay far far away from these folks. They are bamboozling people."
"Attempted to use this company for swim lessons for my children. After several email exchanges about my kids present swimming ability where I offer my assessment of my kids ability to swim, as were out of town during their assessment time frame, I was essentially ghosted. When I showed up for the slotted time for which we signed up for I was told not only were we not registered but that our name wasn't on any kind of registration. There was no other communications to indicate that any additional information was needed."
"As of late, the company has been improving with communications and working with customers and patrons. The Management seems to care a lot more about the company, while I worked there, the regional manager Luke worked closely with me and passed on his lifeguarding knowledge, he always had time to answer questions and helped me generally improve as a lifeguard."
"This company provides swimming lessons to New Territory. The interface with them is TERRIBLE!!! They have all of these rules for how to sign up for swimming lessons and yet they themselves don't return phone calls or emails and their website is awful. My son was signed up for swimming lessons 4x/week and no one showed up. I tried calling the company first about their poor and confusing website, which I then figured out without their help. Then we showed up for our supposed time and no one arrived to teach. The lessons were confirmed via email, time, date, location. I called, the lifeguard called, we both left voicemail messages without any return calls. Today, same thing! When I finally got through the woman was terribly rude and said that I hadn't signed a form so therefore they cancelled the lessons on me EVEN THOUGH THEY STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!!! How very convenient for them! I wished some one would have kept me in the loop so instead I spent 2 hours + all the time spent calling and emailing these people and I still have to get the credit card charges reversed- Thanks Aquatic advisors!"
"This company manages the pools for the Summerwood Subdivision in the Humble/Atascosita area. I called them in June to ask about someone coming to my home to speak to a group of 20 or so children about water safety. Rachel was very excited and told me they would love to come out and speak because "this is what they get paid for". She said to email her my information and since my activity wasn't until end of September, she would get back with me closer to the date. When August came and I still hadn't heard from them, I started calling. At first someone answered and said they would have Rachel call me back. After about three or four times, they stopped even anwering the phone. They never once responded to any of the emails that I sent. I even decided to go by their offices. The Lee Road address is to a shut down office in a row of warehouses. This company seems to be very poorly managed on the customer service side. After this, it makes me wonder how they got the subdivision to switch over to using them. I definitely feel cheated by having part of my HOA fees pay for their rude service."
