"Read the reviews about poor customer service and experienced it first hand. Just called the store and although they open at 9:00 a.m. no one answered the phone until 9:15 a.m. I asked if Nature2 mineral cartridges are in stock and they guy put me on hold and never picked up again. I will not be spending money at this location. The workers must really hate their job. Life is short - find something you actually like or care about."
"I like this location. The guy who runs it is very helpful with any pool matter. They have some good people working there also. If you got a pool problem, I'd go here"
"Customer service within the store has been very good. DO NOT use Leslie's for home pool cleaning and maintenance!! They have not been dependable and do not have trained professionals. Furthermore, I cancelled my service and have been disputing a bill for over 2 months. I'm currently on hold with an employee so they can ask their District Manager permission to talk to me... Ridiculous..."
"While the store itself is clean and tidy, what bugged me was the lack of customer acknowledgement. I walked in on a Saturday morning and noticed there was one employee ringing out a customer, while another employee was helping a customer with a water sample (both were at the counter where you walk in). I didn’t get a greeting and was a bit bothered, however I watched several other customers (about 4 more) walk in and not a single one got a greeting, i saw the employees just glance at customers walking in the door. Not a word said. I know it might not mean much to some people, however a simple “good morning, welcome in” goes a long way, simply good customer service."
