"Absolutely the worst customer service in recent memory. Wrong spa filters shipped with identical identifying numbers. Took 18 emails before they would give me a link to return instructions ... said it was my fault for "ordering the wrong filters." Take a look at the pictures. The model numbers are IDENTICAL but their filters don't fit. But if they're returned unwrapped, they won't accept the return. How do you find out a filter doesn't fit without unwrapping it? We're having a filter burning party tonight. If you buy from them, expect to crash and burn if anything goes wrong."
