"I have been having them do my tax for 3 years and had a great experience except last year when I had to pay. It was my first time to pay tax. The instruction to me wasn’t very clear. I had problem since I was told to pay it even before receiving the amount to pay from IRS. Then we got into problem of them not seeing the payments we made. I called to inquire on my tax preparer, Maria and was told that she will not be back until this year. So basically after paying her she was no where to be find to answer questions. I’m really disappointed and felt left behind. Not going back here anymore"

"NO CONFIDENCE Dropped the taxes off, after 2 weeks nobody knows the status of my taxes but they told me to schedule an appointment to sign the paperwork which I did. While there, Jerrilyn Harris (who I originally left my personal information with) says nothing was done on the taxes and told me to make another appointment. Jerrilyn only works part time at nights and weekends and does not return calls. There are 4-5 tax businesses within walking distance I recommend trying one of those. I was physically at the office 3 times and NEVER did they know where my information was. It took over 15 minutes for them to even find my paperwork(I was there for an appointment for goodness sake!) NO CONFIDENCE of securely storing my information much less doing the taxes right."
