"Buyer Beware. This store is deceiving. they will lie to your face to make a sale. The Manager Eric is useless, unhelpful and very incentive to your problems. I purchased all my pool equipment and supplies from this store for years. Now I will never step foot in this store again. I paid 2K plus for a jacuzzi pump (a Leslie brand) that failed, in 4 months and they will not warranty the pump. manager hung up on me and was totally rude and un helpful."

"Walked in at 5:58 to grab 4 lbs bags of shock and walk out. They close at 6pm. I’m at the cashier and Evan Assistant Manager is telling me can’t scan my items. Emotionless. Vibes were off. Rude and doesn’t want to be there. Knows a lot about pools and chemistry, attitude and shutting down system while I’m in the store was not good for business."

"Really RUDE guy. The WORST customer service. His greeting was .. Do you see what time is it? We're almost closed It was 6:40 pm on July 8. After my water was tested and I purchased some products, I had to ask him for a bag to carry my purchases. I spent $ 54,10. Thanks GOD, We have another Leslie's at the same distance from our home. I was a loyal customer of that Leslie's Guys like that one, don't help the business."

"This is the best Leslie’s store. I say that because they have the supplies you need, the Staff is Professional, Knowledgeable and customer focused. Eric, the General Manager is excellent to work with - he is patient, makes suggestions/recommendations and is very helpful. He’s not there to “just make a sale”. This is the Go To Leslie’s store in Copperfield!!"

"I have had to deal with Ashley a few times and I have always been treated well. She knows what she is talking about plus is very good mechanically as she took my runner apart and fixed it in less that 30 minutes. Impressive. No issues at this location."
