"I'm not sure if I was dealing with the owner/operator of this business or not, but I found the behavior of select members of the crew to be far from professional on Oct. 23, 2012. I was probably wrong in being irritated by the trucks/machines blocking of the dead end street that I live on, but my neighbor was ok with me driving through his yard. The frustration that I exhibited festered from the fact that the crew drove into and damaged part of my yard while positioning your truck during the preperation of the drive the previous week. I want to note that your crew member that came to my house yelling at my wife and challenging me to fight him outside of my yard was completely out of line and not professional in the least. The whole situation was unwarranted and out of hand. I have previosly promoted your company to family and friends, but based on the behavior and un-professionalism it won't happen again. I'm informing everyone I can of the manner in which these members of your crew conduct business, and they can decide if they want to do business with this type of a company."
