"The tax professional did not provide any advice when it was needed. He scoffed when I told him I wanted to use a coupon. He constantly was viewing texts/messages on his mobile phone. I would not recommend. Either your taxes are easy and you should do them yourself, or your taxes are difficult in which case I would go to a more qualified tax professional. The front desk lady was very nice though..."
