"After giving them business for over 10 years, including bringing various family members to them, they sent out a letter saying that the tax preparation services would go from anywhere from a couple hundred dollars to over $800 MINIMUM. When contacting other accountants they told me that they were doing this to get me to fire them rather than them have to fire my family and I. What’s even worse is that the new accountant I went with told me that they have been doing my taxes incorrectly for years and not getting me my full refund that I deserved I actually had to pay the last 3 years when using them. This year I am getting back a considerable amount of money. Do not use them. There is no loyalty to their good clients and what’s worse - they didn’t do taxes properly!"
