"Their tax preparer exaggerated my earned income by the thousands costing me my disability. Numerous escalations to corporate and location have been made and my taxes have still not been amended nor have I received a refund for the $412 that I paid. I've had to report them to the IRS. Instead of helping me and amending my taxes to match the documents I provided they have ignored my phone calls and letters. There is some serious illegal activity going on here. I will continue to report and escalate the issues until my taxes are redone properly and the fee I paid refunded."

"Went there to do my taxes, just a normal W2 nothing complicated took about 15min and came out to $385.00. There was no upfront pricing and found out when I was done. When I asked why it was so much, the tax woman came out of her cubicle super rude and refused to explain. The nice woman at the front desk called the manager and was told it's because I'm head of household, and if I want a cheaper price to file again and don't claim anyone. If you are reading this, take it as a sign that you were meant to see this and go somewhere else."

"The sign says upfront pricing but was never given a price. Made the appointment and asked how much before she started my taxes. I felt very rushed through the whole process and at the end was charged and outrageous fee. (Well over 400 dollars)"

"I don’t recommend this place at all. I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30pm.. it is now 9pm. Mind you I made this appointment LAST YEAR!! Worst part is two of the employees left without even offering to assist me. I get it, it’s tax season but they should have told me over an hour ago that they weren’t going to be able to assist me at 7:30pm. Now it’s 9pm and I have some where to be at 9:30pm. I’m on a very tight schedule which is the only reason why I’ve stayed because I’m not sure when I’ll be able to come back. I will not be coming here ever again."

"I tried moving up my appointment the receptionist said no and was rude about it. so I showed up punctual to my original appointment time which I was fine with still. and when i got in the actual tax assessor was rude from the moment I sat down. her name was daphne brooker she in the worst attitude possible…I don’t know what is the matter with those people…walked out before even starting. Waste of time"
