"Our pool remote was not working after a previous company replaced our pool pump, heater, etc after the freeze. I called that company and the pool tech didn’t know how to program it and didn’t even bother to look at it. I called other companies but they were charging a fee just to schedule an appointment and made no guarantees. I messaged clear all year pools and later that same day Matt called me and next morning they came out. The tech that programmed the remote was very knowledgeable. Within 10 minutes he had all working and programmed. We ran some tests to verify. The cost was less than what other companies were charging as a fee just to come out. Matt did not ask for payment up front. Will definitely use these guys again when needed."

I reached out to Matt Shepherd, owner of Clear All Years Pools and he was able to come and look at my issue that same day. They were able to diagnose and repair my pool issue very quickly and for a reasonable price. In addition to completing the pool service, I received valuable information about how features and functions of my pool worked. As a first time pool owner, I was grateful for the patient and thorough instructions and advice to best utilize all the features of my pool. Even though I am using a different company for my weekly pool cleanings, Matt did not try to upsell me or recommend a bunch of excessive additional services. Knowing that he was knowledgeable about the pool, able to quickly diagnose and repair my issue and identified future options I may wish to consider, I was completely satisfied.
