"Would not recommend this location. I never received my $20 rebate for referring a friend. I’ve spoken with the manager for the last 6 weeks and keep being told that I will receive an email. I still have not received the email with the link to the $20 rebate. Won’t be using Jackson Hewitt again for tax services. H&R Block is much better!"

"If I could give a negative review, I would. It has been OVER 2 weeks since I did the appointment “in office” and sat and waited for over 2 hours to ensure everything was correct and completed and I had every form with me, and I was told nothing more was needed and I had signed and efiled……or so I thought. Well over 2 weeks later as I am anxiously awaiting my return, and checking online and calling the irs etc, now I have to reach back out to them bc irs has no info and then after 2 hours of being on hold and phone tag they tell me that my taxes were never filed “bc they need more info” oh and apparently they wrote my phone # down incorrectly and didn’t bother emailing me and now in the meantime as I should have been getting my return any minute….they still haven’t even been filed!!!! After I had to reach out to them, and IMMEDIATELY sent the info they requested, they still never replied (after another call the next day after work I was told that their response email was kicked back, but they didn’t know, nor bothered checking. After second day of hourly long phone convo, then even more info was needed….surprise, same exact thing….I had to call them again the next day, because again no response. As i am getting extremely annoyed on the phone, comically our call was disconnected….?? Or I was hung up on. This is insane for a “big company”. Now we are days away from the deadline and I am certain the irs is bogged down, so now because of this, who knows when I will receive the return I was counting on yesterday. They didn’t reach out to me EVER about needing more info or making me aware that my return was never even filed. And an update….it gets worse…."
