"Honestly I’m shocked with the service here. when I first showed up to this location I explained that I had full custody of my son. That the mother of my child probably claimed him how do we skip filing and submit right to the irs. The tax associate told me it shouldn’t matter if you have full custody of your son. Well my tax refund got denied. So I had to go back to this location and pay them 305 dollars to snail mail some paperwork to the irs. It was explained to me that the paperwork would be ready I pay and get the paper work. That was not the case I show up today to get my paper work to submit to the irs and there whole system is down. The tax associate then takes my w2 because i was refusing to pay until the work was completed. Do yourself a favor and use turbo tax or get an accountant because this location has zero clue what there doing. They should have never asked for payment until the work was completed and done. Also taking someone’s w-2 is super unprofessional. Next year I will not be using this tax agency for sure"
