"Fabian did my 2017 taxes and didn't file it correctly. I got several letters saying it wasn't filed. I've been reaching out for years now and they still haven't responded back! I read reviews on google and another site, and this has happened many times to other customers. Juan Carlos wont even return my emails to fix the issue! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!"

"I used to do my taxes myself through the website called TaxAct, but as things got more complicated, I decided to use an actual accountant. I went to the accountant that my family normally uses, but his fees were ridiculous, he was always "busy", and he was overly aggressive when I would ask questions. I did a lot of research on various prices per hour for accounting/tax work and average costs on tax return preparation. Fabian was recommended to me by a colleague as his services were "very fairly priced" and the staff was "super nice" I met with Fabian to get my taxes done this year, and wow, I was surprised with how quick and professional he was. He was very kind and respectful and knew exactly what he was doing. I'll definitely be going back next year"

"A co-worker of mine recommended this place I drove over an hour and a half to get there because I thought we were getting the services we were paying for. Fabian charged my husband and I $150 each to do our taxes. We've since had to pay back the state a little over $200 & are now getting letters from federal saying that we owe $4500!!!!!!! I have left SEVERAL messages for Fabian asking for direction & nothing! I've left messages for his boss, the owner, NO ONE is calling me back!!! DO NOT waste your time going to this place. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I will continue to report them everywhere that I can! They should not be able to do this to people."
