H&R Block

"It doesn't even deserve a single star. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY H&R BLOCK. We were given an appointment, showed up, and there was nobody there. We spoke to the receptionist, and we could leave our forms and return to sign them. I called five days later, and they couldn't find our forms. After being on the phone for about 5 minutes, we were told yes, they are done. We made an appointment to sign them for Monday. Went there at the appointed time, and was told that there was no one there to help us, and our files were downloaded, but not done. Went to a different location that they were expecting us. Went to this office, and the person we were told to speak to did not know anything about this. Finally, someone did our taxes. Spent 2 hours running around for something that should have been done in 15 minutes."
