"Kimberly Hayes the receptionist for Wauconda hr block is terrible. Needs a customer service class or needs to be working in the back of the house! I have never been treated so poorly, as if acknowledging my presence was an inconvenience. My son and husband on separate occasions were treated just as poorly! I will be following my tax specialist Cheryl anywhere she goes. Have been with cheryl for years!"

"I had an appointment for 6 pm and when I arrived I sat in the front for 20 minutes before someone said oh your appointment is at 7pm. Come to realize I was told repeatedly I didn’t have an appointment and I was on a waiting list despite my text and email confirmations. Then once I sat with someone I was told how busy they were again and how I was on a waiting list and then told me I could do my taxes myself and don’t need them. When I said I am ok paying you to do my taxes I was told to go home do them myself and call with any questions. I have been using HR Block for at least 15 years and I will never go into the wauconda office again. Very unprofessional and poorly run office."
