"I am writing this review because I have tried contacting this company and have not heard back from them in over a month since the incident took place. I am very disappointed to say that my neighborhood (West Glen) hired the most incompetent life guards for the neighborhood pool. They hired life guards from TRIDENT AQUATICS who apparently don't know that their main job is to help someone when drowning. My family went to the pool early afternoon on July 25th, 2018 and were harassed from the beginning by the two life guards. They kept telling my mother she was not wearing the appropriate attire even though she was not even getting in the pool. While that was happening, the other life guard was witnessing my nephew struggling to swim and decided to just sit in his chair and do nothing about it. When my mother got upset that they were being treated with disrespect, the life guards had the audacity to take away the pool pass from her. When I went to the pool in the evening and confronted the life guard who is also somehow the manager too, he told me it was not his job to save the child because his parents were on their phones. I also have the recording of him saying this. These life guards also called the cops claiming we were trespassing. We obviously were not, and even the cops seemed very annoyed by having to respond to a petty call like this one. It's people like this who abuse calling 911 for any reason and take attention away from those who REALLY need help. FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO HIRE LIFE GUARDS FROM, OR WORK FOR A BETTER COMPANY IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY A LIFE GUARD LOOKING FOR A JOB."
