"Buyer beware, I understand Josh has taken over management. He is extremely obnoxious & rude including insinuating I couldn't read & making snide comments about my husband's knowledge of equipment when the business we currently own is heavy equipment repair with nearly 30 yrs experience. In my opinion a real disservice to his family's terrific reputation in the industry. Money is his priority, definitely not customer service. As employees were quiting, Pools 123 neglected to keep us informed on what was going on. After 3 postponed install dates due to supposed weather, they started digging when we did have 7 inches of rain. We were never told "we" needed to schedule a power line to be moved or remove a portion of fence & we asked multiple times about them including sending pics before they started. We were told "fence should be no problem" then they got here & Josh told contractors to saw my new fence down at our expense. Josh then decided to deliver the pool without our knowledge before hand & wanted to drag it thru 2ft of mud trenches the equipment had already made to get under power line. When we said no (leisure pools informed me that dragging it would damage the integrity of pool)Josh yelled at us on the phone & threatened to lein our property because "we halted his worksite". We won that battle, but he did try to charge us $750 for redelivery. We did win that battle as well after several weeks. The pool is finally in & looks lovely, thanks to the contractors (although not what we expected after our discussion with the salesman), also it will now cost us $4200 to repair an electrical line that was dug up (apparently they only have 811 check for water & gas) & a minimum of $700 to fill in ruts, replace sod, & plants in our yard & our neighbors yard from equipment driving/sliding thru lawn/mud after 7 inches of rain. I will say the employees that were working for him & a new employee that started in the office were very kind and professional. Unfortunately they were all put in a difficult position due to Josh's obnoxious, unprofessional, money hungry attitude."

From day 1 that he arrived on the scene to measure out location all the way through "pool school" he has been tha man. These two individuals made the whole transition flawless and stress less.. I can honestly say that the enjoyment of the pool has been elevated because of these individuals."
