Dr. Mary Lynn Neumeister 3675 Crescent Ridge, Dubuque, IA 52003

"I just left feeling the Dr was very rude and arrogant! I found myself asking "What just happened?" I made an appointment for a cat nail trim. This is the 3rd time I've been here for a trim, no problem. I arrive, get a room, Dr Neumeister comes in, takes her out of her carrier, weighs her. Then she asked why I don't take her to her regular vet in Farley/Dyersville. I replied, "it's too far just for that". She replied, "it's, not cost effective for us, you'll have to take her there". I replied, " I will the next time". Then she walks out. No nails trimmed! It's a 5 minute job for $20.00. She said she only wants to do it for regular customers. What she should of done, is trimmed them one last time. And, they should of called and cancelled the appt before I went through the stress of catching her and getting her in the carrier! I won't recommend her to anyone! Nor would I change vets and come to her. Horrible customer service!"
