"I called Domestic Plumbing Tuesday Morning to request an appointment for Wednesday to have someone out to clean my AC coil inside my house. They said they could be out on Wednesday. That afternoon I received a call, from a Ron I believe, that they could come out on Tuesday. I explained that my wife and I were at work and could they still come out on Wednesday, he said they were booked up Wednesday. I asked if Thursday would work, he said he'd put me on the list. Today, Thursday I called at about 12:30 to see if I was still on the list for someone to come out. I was told that they had come out on Wednesday and saw that my compressor was sitting on concrete blocks and felt it was unsafe and left. He said no one was home. I was home until 4 pm. I never received a call that they were coming and of course didn't expect them. I asked if someone could still come since that wasn't what I wanted them to clean anyway. They said no, they would not be coming out. I have used Domestic one time myself and had a good experience, I have contacted then several times for things at my mothers house and had no issues. Today they left me high and dry with still no AC and now I have to wait for someone else. I am very disappointed by the outcome. I will not be calling them again for myself or my mothers house."

"The worst customer service ever!!! The receptionist has the worst attitude I've ever encountered and to say the least she isn't to bright when it comes to business. If I'm calling about a part don't recommend I go with a competitor just because you don't want to put in the effort to find out what type of furnace I have!"
