"I would give Dennis and his crew 20 stars if I could!!!! We had a suspension failure on our RV, due to shoddy workmanship done in Elkhart, of all things. Dennis dropped what he was doing in his busy shop and came to our rescue in less than an hour. Although the repairs couldn't be completed that day, he made a place for our repairs in his shop two days later and corrected the sloppy work done in Elkhart. "What a great group of people that own and work at this welding and repair shop! I was 6 hours from home with a broken double axle trailer. These guys drop everything to help me. With their local connections and a few parts runs to Moline/Milan, they replaced the axle, hubs, bearings, etc. In addition, they knew my situation and could have taken advantage in charging whatever they wanted...they didn't and even charged less than I expected. I couldn't have hoped for a better group of guys to repair my trailer!"
"400 miles from home. Called/went to ~20 welding/fabrication shops, 2 RV service centers around Davenport. But only Dennis at Sivco said, bring it over we'll try to take a look at it. In the midst of two jobs for regular customers, he took time to problem solve and offer solutions/options. He, his son and employee (Phillip?) fixed the problem and got me back on the road...safely. Despite my desperation and willingness to pay a premium, he charged the normal shop rate which was very reasonable. Made my PITA problem their PITA problem and didn't think twice about it. They were able to get me in fast, and had the hook repaired in a little over an hour. The repair is solid, and much less expensive than buying a new hood."
