"Booked an appointment and nobody showed up. What a joke."

"Last year taxes done at Walmart Carpentersville Il I was receiving cancer treatments everyday well five days in a row every week. Dropped off taxes to save time. When I called to setup appointment to pickup my taxes last year I was given a 11:30 A.M. time my wife and I arrived do we could pay and sign papers the women tax preparer had another customer all I wanted was. My completed taxes nope she would not release until she looked over what the other person did forms where filled out not signed I explained I have other appointments and my wife has to go to work nope she said I have to make time for the taxes I’ve had taxes done for about 70 years she I said she was from Hanover Park Il. Said she did taxes for 20 years. I had to wait there is much more to story but point made I’ll not go back."

"Absolutely horrible. I make a 7pm appointment online, this is my only option due to work and babysitter. The 1st one I canceled and rescheduled. The 2nd appointment was on a Wednesday again for 7pm, the day of i get a call telling me that they will have to reschedule due to not having anyone there that late. They set up my 3rd appointment. I get a call on the day of my 3rd appointment stating they have to cancel my appointment again due to not having anyone there. They reschedule a 4th time, and yet AGAIN call me the day of to cancel and reschedule my appointment. Once shame on you, 4 times shame on me! I was trying to not be a Karen and understand but now I am going to have to find something else and have a full month less time to do it in. It's ridiculous, if you don't want to stay at work until the time you are open then don't offer that as an appointment time, and surely do not wait until the DAY OF, most of the time only an hour and a half before the appointment time, to call and reschedule. If i could leave no stars i would. You would think being tax season they would have staff from open to close, or at the very least not offer an appointment time that no one will be there."
