"We paid a lot of money for our taxes to be filled out and we utilize their service so that we don’t have to worry about mistakes however, that is not what just happened. We filed our taxes, and there was some sort of glitch in their computer system so our state tax was Rejected. We have been waiting for days for them to fix this problem. The Lack of communication and consideration at this location is not OK. It is five days later and the problem still has not been rectified , yet they charged us $410. This is the Randall Road location in Elgin. Olga finally after two weeks of waiting for them to fix my taxes agreed to a full refund … great ! Now it’s been almost two weeks since then with almost no communication and obvious no money !I have sent numerous emails requesting info on where my refund from them is or a check number … nothing . I asked for a regional manger … still nothing"

"Never filing taxes in this location. Came in here looking to amend my taxes to add my wife who lived in a different country. The tax preparer Chuck Hanna gave me options to choose from to amend the taxes. I choose an option and later, then he comes back and gave all sorts of complaints saying he not able to help just because my wife lived in a different country. He OVER COMPLICATED my case when it was rather straight forward. then he brought in outside opinions from other colleagues in regards to my case and they too complained and complained and over complicated it. When I came in to collect my taxes, he just basically said can’t help you bye and I left. Worst service i have received. Shortly after I found a different tax firm and they were able to help me with no issues. Avoid this place"
